Order Handling
Your order is packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). A confirmation email will be sent the moment your package leaves our facility.
Where We Deliver
We ship to all street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently serve Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
Delivery Window
After the handling period, transit typically requires 3–5 business days. This estimate depends on your exact location and applies to standard delivery only.
Carrier Selection
Your package may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or a comparable regional carrier. The final choice is made based on which service offers the most direct and reliable route to your destination. All carriers provide tracking.
Tracking Your Package
A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can click the link provided or copy the number into the carrier’s website to follow your shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Delays & Missing Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, or if the shipment is significantly overdue, please email info@mauricees.vip. We will reach out to the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
